Frontline Leadership has been developed by Bob Kearney, a fellow CFS volunteer. There is an emphasis on those in a leadership role (the Captain, the Lieutenants), but Bob is an inspirational speaker, and presents a number of interesting topics - relevant to life in general, not just the CFS.
The course provides a foundation of knowledge and technique, to help guide you in training, coaching, and supervising a crew, Brigade or Group.
Ultimately, Frontline Leadership gives you a better appreciation of how the Organisation works, your place in it, and how you contribute - to the CFS, and to the world.
